TopMobile20 is a smart phone software competition created by Jeb Brilliant with the assistance of Idan Gafni of Ugunduzi. Jeb owns and operates Brilliant Expos based just outside of Los Angeles, California. After an event produced by Brilliant Expos Jeb decided there is a need for good software to be brought into the mainstream. That thought has blossomed into the TopMobile20 competition. By highlighting great software and bringing them to the forefront of the mobile world the common smart phone user will learn about the software and the developers will get the forever sought after exposure they desire for their product.
