Top Mobile 20 Rules/General Info
Rules:
The rules are as follows, you/your company and the application/software must comply with them fully
* The application/software must run on a mobile smart phone platform (Symbian, UIQ, Windows Mobile, Google Android, and Apple iPhone, etc.) or via a mobile phone (eg. the application/software runs on a server but interfaces with the smart phone)
* The software must be up and running for the general public to be able to see how it works
o May be in beta but there needs to be an explanation for the public to understand the concept
* I (the boss of this contest) am allowed and able to change the rules to better the contest and able to reject any or all submissions from the contest.
o If your software is rejected your money will be refunded (only rejected software at time of submission is eligible for a refund)
* All money is due at time of submission and is non refundable
* Top Mobile 20 and it's producer may use your company logo and link to your site
* You will make yourself available to partake in an interview upon request (this is for promotional purposes)
* Contact Top Mobile 20 for scholarship options if the submission cost is to much for you
Deadline:
The deadline to enter the contest is August 29, 2008. All submissions and moneys due must be paid by that date or will not be accepted.

Entry Fees:
1.
•$300 per entry (Contact Top Mobile 20 for scholarship) Entry fees are non-refundable

•To participate in multiple categories there is an additional $100 fee per additional category
3.
•Payment by Paypal is preferred. Please make Paypal payment via the Join the Contest page. For queries regarding payment, please contact Submission@TopMobile20.com

•Entries will not be processed until full payment has been received.
Winners:
The short listed nominees will be notified prior to Top Mobile 20 Awards event in time to make arrangements to attend the presentation ceremony.
Promotion:
By entering the Top Mobile 20 Awards, companies are expressly authorizing the use of specific text and visual materials submitted for the purposes of promoting the Top Mobile 20 in Top Mobile 20 presentations, reports for publication, web site and media activities as well as all other forms of promotional/publicity materials.
Confidentiality:
Entries will be treated as strictly confidential. Only details of the award winners and selected commented or nominated entries in each category will be published. By submitting the required forms you are accepting the rules and will act with proper conduct thorough out the contest.
